Automation Engineer

Can you tell us about your role at Qnit and the key areas you specialize in?

I am a Software Automation Engineer at Qnit, responsible for creating test cases that can be executed automatically. By implementing these automated tests, I help to improve the quality and stability of the software, ensuring consistent testing results.

Tell us how you initially got interest in QA and how you got started in this field?

Although I have not been at Qnit for long, I have significantly improved my skills. I have learned more about test automation with Tosca and developed a better understanding of various testing methods. Additionally, I have learned to analyze test data and identify errors, which helps me make improvements. Working with my colleagues has provided valuable insights.

The highlights at Qnit actually began even before I officially started. I was invited to the Summer Party, where I got to meet most of the Qnit and PRODYNA Austria team. Since joining, the biggest highlight so far has been the Qnit Team Day, where we played laser tag. It was really fun.

How do you spend your weekends or time after work?

In my free time, I enjoy playing table tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, and soccer because I love being active and spending time with friends. Additionally, I often go swimming and to the gym. These activities help me balance work and keep fit.
